Morgan responded to my request within an hour of its listing. He came over to check the computer that same day, and found out he needed to install a new hard drive, so he took the computer with him. That was on a Thursday evening. By late Sunday afternoon, 3 days later, my computer was back! Morgan then set it up, adjusted what needed adjusting, quickly and efficiently, and I had what seems like a new computer with no hassle or hitches. Morgan was a fast working, knowledgeable pro from start to finish. I highly recommend him.

Honest and upfront. The modifications I was looking to get done on my laptop wouldn’t have functioned properly and, rather than take the job , let me know that I should shop around for another computer instead. I run a business through thumbtack as well, so I know these guys pay lead fees just for talking to me, so I thought that was really awesome of them! Whenever I do encounter tech problems in the future, I’ll definately be calling them.

Awesome job. Cleaned a despicably years dirty computer, replaced fans, power supply. reorganized cooling over power supply. Fixed intermittent on/off switch problem. Added a hard drive. Found a backlit keyboard /mouse for me. Thanks Morgan =)
